A Buffalo man has been recognized by Governor Cuomo for a nationwide effort he organized to bring kindness to everyone.
Starr Valentino received a proclamation from the governor for "Do Something Good For Your Neighbor Day," which was held back in May. Valentino says he created the holiday so everyone could come together through neighborly love.
